Estimates and Pricing

Service Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Emergency service calls are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to technician availability. Town and Country Heating and Air ETX reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranties and Guarantees

Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the equipment manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. Town and Country Heating and Air ETX will assist with warranty claims on equipment we install, but we do not control or guarantee manufacturer warranty decisions. Any labor warranties or service guarantees offered by Town and Country will be communicated in writing at the time of service.

Property Access and Liability

By scheduling a service appointment, you authorize our technicians to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested work, including but not limited to attics, crawl spaces, closets, garages, rooftops, and exterior equipment locations. You agree to ensure a safe and accessible work area for our technicians. Town and Country Heating and Air ETX is not liable for pre-existing damage, deteriorated components discovered during service, or conditions unrelated to the work performed.
